In addition to being an established radio host, Francesca has a column "Francesca's Notes of Life" which can be found in the Patriot Ledger and Brockton Enterprise newspapers.  She has an impressive following and is recognized for fostering insightful and thought provoking inquiries. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist.  She owned and operated “Not Just Yoga Women’s Wellness Center” specializing in Healing Arts, in Milford, CT for several years. At the same time she also taught yoga at Yale University in New Haven prior to selling the business and relocating back to Boston.

Francesca is also a painter, and since 2005, she has been contributing to the "Illuminations Program" at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, where she is currently showing her artwork. 50% of the proceeds of sales of her artwork are donated to ASPCA.org.

Francesca has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines such as The Boston Sunday Globe, Boston Magazine, Connecticut Post and New Haven Register for her outstanding achievements. Most recently, Francesca has been a regular commentator on MYTV 9 in New Haven Connecticut on "The Perspective Show".
